白族主要聚居在云南大理，那里苍山洱海风景秀丽，民族文化较为发达。白族男女均上着衣、外套领褂，下着裤。服装颜色的搭配简单鲜明，对比协调。白族人民崇尚白色。男子的包头、女子的帽箍，男女上衣，甚至裤子都喜用白色或接近白色的浅绿、浅蓝等色。
